PREVIEW Bo'ness United Vs Edinburgh University
NO EASY GAMES!
We say it all the time about the Lowland League, but it really is true, there are no easy games. Sure you will see big wins, heck the Wee Jambos rattled 12 past Edinburgh Uni.... buuuuuut, It is never guaranteed.
The first time these two met Bo'ness United were on a run of form, Edinburgh Uni nearly pulled off a shock however. Luckily for United young Louis Kennedy was on form that day, setting up Tom Grant with a backheel, firing one in from the edge of the box himself this followed by a diving header from Lucas Stenhouse set up by Lewis Hawkins and a then wonder solo goal scored by Ryan Stevenson making it 4-2 Visitors.
Newtown Park will see the reverse fixture now played Saturday the 27th January. Looking at both teams form in the table you would assume a big United win was a safe bet...not to be in the lowland.
There is room for excitment with the new arrival at United, the returning Keiran Mitchell back from a spell at Raith Rovers and East Fife. The pressure is on though;
⚽️ Michael Travis scored on his debut
⚽️ Kier Foster scored on his debut
⚽️ Russell McLean scored on his debut
Nae pressure lad, but we are all expecting a goal lol
Oh and he also got a Sanchez to Man Utd style Piano unvieling lol

Not sure if we hazard a guess... but... 4-1 United 😮
