A football outing to Toryglen Glasgow to face The Glasgow Titans, as always it's not about the results, more about getting a group of lads up aff the couch, out improving their physical and mental wellbeing through sport.

Well what can we say, check oot the happy we grin on oor Tony McLellans face. A quiet lad, Tony never has much to say 😮🤣 but tonight he did his talking on the pitch, cracking performance and 2 goals (one a belter) ⚽️🤘💙
